14K rose gold 0.75ct VVS natural heart-shaped diamond solitaire ring.
Set with a 0.50ct single heart-shaped cut natural diamond in the centre of the ring, followed by fifty round brilliant-cut natural diamonds running down the shoulders. The centre stone is surrounded by a halo, with diamonds continuing down the shoulders, giving a total diamond carat weight of 0.75ct. The centre heart-shaped diamond is GIA certified; however, the original certificate is not available. The stone does have a GIA inscription on the girdle.
