Delivery Policy

UK Deliveries

Shipments within the United Kingdom are handled by Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is provided free of charge for orders over £100. Our objective is to process and dispatch orders same day if ordered before 12pm. Past 12pm we will process and dispatch the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), with delivery typically taking one to two working days from the dispatch date. During peak periods, however, dispatch may take 2-3 working days.  If dispatch does not occur within three working days, please contact us directly.

All UK orders are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Responsibility for the item(s) transfers upon successful delivery and signature confirmation at the delivery address, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Non-collection

  • An insufficient or incorrect delivery address

 


 

International Deliveries

International deliveries are subject to additional charges payable by the customer.

Customers are charged only the exact courier cost incurred, calculated based on item weight and destination country. We will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost prior to dispatch. Please email contact@giovannijewellery.co.uk to specify your destination.

All international orders are sent via trackable courier services and may require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility for the item(s) transfers upon successful delivery and signature confirmation at the delivery address.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders placed for international delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in:

  • The order being returned to us, in which case shipping costs will not be refunded and return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund; or

  • The order being destroyed by customs, in which case no refund for the product or shipping costs can be issued.

 


 

International Shipping Restrictions

Certain countries may impose restrictions on the types of items or order values that can be imported. Additional documentation may also be required for customs clearance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items can be legally imported into the destination country. Shipping costs will not be refunded if an order is returned, delayed, or destroyed due to customs restrictions or documentation requirements.

 


 

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

No refund of shipping costs will be provided if an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Non-collection

  • An insufficient or incorrect address supplied at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate at the time of placing an order.
